Thank you for visiting our site and reading about the Angwin Ecovillage. We envision this project as one of the most sustainable planned communities in the nation, and certainly the greenest project ever proposed for Napa County.
We understand that the best projects come about through a cooperative process between the landowner, developer and the community. As we proceed through the entitlement process in the coming months, the project may very well change as a result of continuing community feedback. The end result may be the Ecovillage as proposed, it may be the pre-approved 191-unit project, or something in between.
